CA7a – This Time Analysis Form is used for patients to itemize and be paid for all intermittent time away from work. This means that if a patient is off work the entire time between the first day and the last day, they will not have to submit a CA7a. If they are not off every day during that time period, they do have to submit a CA7a. It is filled out and submitted in combination with the CA7. We should let patients know that this form exists and tell them what it is for and how they can find it.
