CA10 – What a Federal Employee Should Do When Injured at Work. This form is the law that tells federal employees what to do when they’re hurt at work. It’s broken down into 5 important sections that injured employees should follow when they need to report a work injury. It should be posted on the employee’s bulletin board as well as in the doctor’s reception room.
The CA10 is a key tool used in marketing, training, and education of federal employees. All doctors and staff should know this form by heart.
This form tells federal employees to report to their supervisor immediately, get a CA16, select a doctor, fill out the CA1 or CA2, get a Notice of Receipt, and elect sick and annual leave or continuation of pay (COP).
Federal employees need help from expert, trained, and compliant doctors and staff who understand their unique needs, concerns, and struggles after they’re hurt at work. Work injuries may be inevitable, but losing is not. We have the power to help them. Federal employees make this country go. When they break, we have to fix them.
