CA 810 – Injury Compensation for Federal Employees. This material was prepared by the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP), U.S. Department of Labor. It is meant to serve as a handbook for Federal agency personnel specialists, compensation specialists, and supervisors. The doctors and staff should be familiar with the CA810 as it gives helpful insight into the roles and responsibilities of other players in the OWCP system: supervisor, claims examiner, nurse case manager, etc.
Federal employees need help from expert, trained, and compliant doctors and staff who understand their unique needs, concerns, and struggles after they’re hurt at work.
